     well, once again the guy's and gal's over at ea/janes are on the case with a new longbow sim due out late '97, for those of you that liked the original janes classic, the new one looks set to blow you away.  With 3dfx graphics and atmosphere so thick you can cut it with a knife, this is going to be a must buy item.

    for those of us that thought longbow was sold short will have nothing to complain about with lb2, you get to fly 4 ( yes i do mean 4 ) different helo's... 
 

  

    ok, you may say so what, new graphics and 2 new helo's to blat around in, why should i pay out any more money for nothing?

try this out for size, a new dynamic campaign engine, two theatres of combat ( a full-scale war game set at the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin, California and a campaign set in Iran and Azerbaijan ), but that is not the best of it.
    YOU SAY WHY CAN'T I PLAY AS CO-PILOT .... WELL NOW YOU CAN, AND BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING YOU GET TO BE THE DOOR GUNNER IN THE BLACKHAWK.  THE BEST THOUGH HAS GOT TO BE THE FACT THAT LB2 WILL SUPPORT MODE,SERIAL,LAN AND TCP/IP MULTIPLAYER GAMES.
